About Me

Madison Mai

I'm a Data Scientist & ML Engineer based in Boston, MA, with 5+ years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst and graduate degrees in Financial Mathematics and Computer Engineering (Human-Robot Interaction) from Tufts University.

My career sits at the intersection of quantitative finance and AI engineering. At the University of Minnesota School of Medicine I managed $3B+ research portfolios and led the deployment of enterprise Tableau/SQL reporting dashboards that reduced reporting time by 10% and raised data accuracy to 99%. I bring that same rigour to building GenAI systems — RAG pipelines, agentic LLM tools, fraud detection models, and options pricing APIs.

I'm fluent in the full ML stack: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and production deployment with CI/CD. I thrive at translating complex analytical problems into clear, scalable technical solutions.
